ESL teachers have a wealth of knowledge and skills.  Let's discuss how to leverage our strengths and experience to get the job we want.  If there are areas where you are lacking, learn from your colleagues about how it's possible to level up your skills without spending a lot of money or going back to school.  Explore free resources and trainings you can participate in.  And most importantly, connect with your ORTESOL community to learn and share ideas.  It's all about connections!
