Have you found yourself in an administrative role(s) in the past few years in your English language program? Do you feel like a superhero on some days and suffer from imposter syndrome on others?

With all the enrollment challenges English language programs have faced in the past several years, many teachers have found themselves in full-time or part-time administrative positions that they may not have expected or for which they don’t feel prepared.

You are NOT alone!

Today’s reality requires English language programs and their staff to be nimbler than ever before. As traditional long-term intensive program enrollments decline, language program personnel have had to acquire entirely new skill sets such as designing short-term and specialized programs or cohorts, managing teachers who used to be peers, working with agents, and collaborating with other units in the community or on campus.
